Cause

Toner Density Low (C-2451 - Yellow, C-2542 Magenta, C-2453 - Cyan, C-2454 Black)

Resolution

Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.

1. -02 process adjustment

• -02 drum peculiarity

• -04 toner density revert all on
  Select "All On" button, then hit the Start Button on the keypad, the machine should start to make a noise.
  (if the readings are very high on any of the colours perform as below for that colour
  Values for toner should be in around 6.4, you might have to run a few times to get it near 6.4)

• -02 gamma automatic adjust (a message "Completed" will appear in the top left when finished.)
  When completed exit out of service mode.

• Exit out of service mode and go into adjustment at the bottom of the screen.

• Go to adjustments at the bottom of the screen - Select Operator Execute Adjust - Select toner refresh - exit to print screen
