Cause

C-2821 C-2822 C-2823 C-2824 (Dot diameter correction abnormality)

Resolution

Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.

1. -02 process adjustment
2. -02 drum peculiarity
3. -04 toner density revert
   Select "All On" button, then hit the Start Button on the keypad, the machine should start to make a noise.
   (if the readings are very high on any of the colours perform as below for that colour
   Values for toner should be in around 6.4, you might have to run a few times to get it near 6.4)
4. -02 gamma automatic adjust (a message "Completed" will appear in the top left when finished.)
5. Exit to previous back to the main service menu
6. -01 Machine Adjustment
7. -01 Printer Adjustment
8. -10 Colour Registration Adjustment (wait for operation to complete)
9. When completed exit out of service mode.
