Cause

Image processing fault

Resolution

1. Power off the printer and the Fiery RIP.
2. Remove the Fiery cable (thick cable between RIP and Printer) turn ends around and reconnect
   
3. Power the printer back on, while printer is powering up, lift the lid on the scanner and at the back right there is a white button, keep depressing this as the printer powers back on.
4. Resend the job to the machine.
