Resolution

Power off the printer and the Fiery RIP.
Remove the Fiery cable (thick cable between RIP and Printer) turn ends around and reconnect

Restart the printer and the RIP.
From the fiery server menu, clear the server to free up some memory, resend the job when printer and fiery have reconnected.
