Cause

The proper value cannot be figured out within the specified time by the correction of the patch density correction/Y. Alternatively, the
proper value of the developing DC output is 0 or lower.

Resolution

1. Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.
3. Press 02 Process Adjustment
4. Press 02 Drum Peculiarity
5. Select 04 Toner Density Revert, Select "All On" button, then hit the Start Button on the keypad, the machine should start to make a noise.
   (if the readings are very high on any of the colours perform as below for that colour
   Values for toner should be in around 6.4, you might have to run a few times to get it near 6.4)
6. A message "Completed" appears when finished.
7. Select 02 and run the Gamma Automatic Adjustment, a message "Completed" will appear in the top left when finished.
8. Exit Service mode to return to normal operation

• -03 execute adjust operation
• Select toner refresh mode press ok.
