Paper feed motor abnormality

Resolution

Make sure no paper is caught in the tray/trays. Recycle the power on the machine, if the error code reoccurs leave the tray open and feed from a different tray, call 01-5676000 to log a service call for the machine.

Sometimes it can be the waste toner section is clogged and sometimes it is caused by the M2 paper feed motor, call service.
