Problem
Toner is not fusing to the paper/board or rubbing off the sheet
Solution
- Select Menu on the Printer
- Scroll down to "Tray Configuration" select OK
- Select tray that you are feeding from select OK
- Set "Media Type" to Plain
- Set "Media Weight" to Auto
- Try to print again, if no improvement change the "Media Weight" to "Auto Heavy 5"
- If the print is still not fusing you will need to order a new fuser
