Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.
Set the DIPSW
Press 03 System Settings
Press 01 Software DIPSW Settings
Set 41-7 to 1
Set 27-5 to 1 ((107-4 to ON) on the 4065)
Go to the Process Adjustments/Expert Adjustments for the tray and apply these settings, adjust the 2nd transfer Output to sometimes as high as 90, but the text might start to fade.
Test and if the print breaks up and the ghosting is still there then set the CPM to down and the fusing speed front side to -100
Finally you can increase the fuser temps as high as they will go.
