Cause
Image processing fault
Resolution
- Power off the printer and the Fiery RIP.
- Leave both off for 5 minutes, power the Fiery RIP back on
- Remove the Fiery Cable from the RIP/Printer as per image and turn connections around, reconnect
- Restart the RIP and then the printer.
- Resend the job to the machine.
