Cause

Colour Registration Error - (C-4631 Yellow, C-4632 Magenta, C-4633 Cyan, C-4634 Black)

Resolution

Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub switch ON.
Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.

1. -02 process adjustment
2. -06 recall standard data
3. -02 drum peculiarity
4. -04 toner density revert
   Select "All On" button, then hit the Start Button on the keypad, the machine should start to make a noise.
   (if the readings are very high on any of the colours perform as below for that colour
   Values for toner should be in around 6.4, you might have to run a few times to get it near 6.4)
5. -02 gamma automatic adjust (wait for operation to complete)
6. Exit to previous back to service menu
7. -01 Machine Adjustment
8. 01 Printer Adjustment
9. 10 Colour Registration Adjustment (wait for operation to complete)
10. When completed exit out of service mode.
