You will need to change the following settings, when the printer has difficulties recognising media when printing transparent media or greyback material toggle between ON and OFF to correct the problem as below.

Choose the Menu button on the printer and then follow the below settings...

Step 1 - Menu.

Step 2 - Printer Setup.

Step 3 - Media Check.

Step 4 - Media End Check - Select On or OFF.
